This training helps the process owners do processes the right way from the inception. It is a preventive control training mechanism. Course Name - How to Audit Companies on Oracle

Duration – Per module 1 day @ 6 hours each day

Training Objective – More often due to lack of knowledge of the ERP deployed at a client place, auditors have to rely on the data extracted by the client. Auditor’s training is a short and concise training program which will make the auditors self-sufficient in auditing companies on Oracle. Key highlights of the training include configuration controls training, access controls training, data extraction training and reporting


Course Name - Effective Support Handling

Duration – Per module 1 day @ 6 hours each day

Training Objective – This training is a generic training given to the IT support team on how to effectively support clients on Oracle which will reduce the TAT on issue resolution. Immediate outcome of this training is more efficient support handling mechanism and reduction of TAT for issue resolution


Course Name - Management Training on EBS Overview

Duration – 2 days training @ 5 hours each day

Training Objective – This is a short training program providing complete overview about Oracle ERP. There is always a gap between the company’s vision and future plans viz-a-viz the processes setup in an ERP. This training provides a vision to the management about Oracle capabilities and can help them apply the same to their business needs


Course Name - DBA Trainings

Duration – 5 days training @ 6 hours each day

Training Objective – Objective of this training program is to improvise on the DBA skill sets of an organization. More often apps DBA’s are meant for performing all mechanical tasks of cloning, backup, patching etc. Our training program looks beyond the routine tasks and provides training on more efficient ways of handling and managing the system. Trainings are categorized into L1, L2 trainings depending upon the existing skill sets of the DBA.

Duration – 5 days training @ 6 hours each day

Training Objective – This covers Oracle pl sql training programs including trainings on complex technical skills sets, performance tunings. Objective of this training program is to improvise on the technical skill sets of an organization. Our training program looks beyond the routine tasks and provides training on more efficient ways of coding, additional platforms, products. Trainings are categorized into L1, L2 trainings depending upon the existing skill sets of the technical team

Content

The above timelines are an approximation based on our experience and may vary depending upon the exact requirements identified. This will be decided at the time of finalizing the scope of training.

Expected Outcome and Deliverable

At the end of the training it is expected that the participants will be equipped with few or all of the skills necessary to:-

  • Understand how Oracle usage affects activities of other department and functions;
  • Independently be able to improve the system performance;
  • Independently be able to work on automations in a more innovative manner; and
  • Independently review key configuration, master data and transaction (report) level controls in Oracle for their business processes.

The participants will also be given the training material in the form of:-

  • MS-PowerPoint slides, OR
  • MS Word training documents, OR
  • Listing of key Oracle forms, reports, and tables.

A course participation certification shall also be presented upon the completion of the training

Delivery Format

The training would be in a classroom mode led by an instructor having access to a Oracle training environment. It will also involve the use of MS-Powerpoint slides, case studies and handouts.
